Yes, but that is still for Linux, not Windows.

ICC does it for the Intel Itanium, but refuses to target AMD processors. Wonder

That will lose some more hair. Trust me, I know.

I have tried to build a cross compiler from Windows XP/Cygwin to AMD64-whatever,
just to have a 64 bit compiler to test my code on. No luck so far though...
