It is not game over because you need also to continue it correctly. It is probably game over after 0-0 Bxh7+ Kxh7 Ng5+ Kg6 h4 but h4 is not easy to find. my stupid engine will not play O-O on blitz level, and if O-O is played, >it will play Bxh7+ with a positive (but not winning) score. The question if to play Bxh7+ or not to play it is a question of evaluation and the problem of having good evaluation is not a simple question. Yace padderborn also cannot see Bxh7+ in a few minutes on my computer. I know that yace underestimate king safety but my movei also has problems(it likes Bxh7+ at small depth but with Kxh7 Ng5+ Kg6 Qd3? and later changes its mind from Bxh7+ to Ba3 for positional reasons. I suspect that if you slightly reduce the value of pawns your muse will be also unable to find Bxh7+ Uri
