hi andrew,

i don't understand what you propose: are you suggesting a 10-round swiss split
into two tournaments? if yes, i don't see why - you need about 5 rounds swiss
for 32 participants IIRC, and you most probably won't get any more than that. i
would much prefer a single-day event.
