Hi, testing chess program via a lan network is it possible?, instead of auto232, since now we have ethernet card almost in every computer and also the wireless network make this easier to do, without any cable at all. I found so far Netchess maybe could do this with Winboard compatible chess engine, but didn't test this yet. I'm buying this week a wireless router and wireless ethernet card for my portable, so i should be able to test this soon. Is there other way to do this, with a lan network ? I think, auto232 is starting to be outdated and should be replace by ethernet card hookup in chess program now !!! What do you think ? Ciao Reggie
