I can second this.  I use Win4Lin all the time and it works fine (some
applications run *faster* than their native speeds).  Arena runs under it
as well as Fritz and a multitude of other programs (ChessMaster does
*not* run under it).  One caveat though, you will need a legal copy of
Windows 95, 98 or ME to install before you can use it.

P.S. Christophe, how is the Chess Tiger version for Linux coming along?
       *And* I would still be willing to pay for it!!
