The 2 main lines are

1... Nxf2 2. Kxf2 f3 3. Bxf3 Qg3+ 4. Ke3 Rd8!
[d]r4rk1/pp4bp/2p3p1/7n/NQP3bP/1P2BNqn/P3PPB1/3RRK2 w - -
1... f3 2. Nxf3 Qg3 3. Be3 Bg4!

Both are winning, but I don't know how many moves still to mate :)
