Hi Rolf,

It is nice to get an answer directly from the author of the DGT-genericdriver. I
think you are the man who could make somekind of revolution in the
computerchessworld. Please try to include the winauto232-sourcecode in your
software and you will see that a big discussion will begin.
You can find the winauto232-sourcecode at http://www.gambitsoft.com/utiliti.htm.

Even more phantastic would be a generic-driver for the Tasc-smartboard. I think
there are still some smartboard who really would like to use there board with
new software. For example the new Millenium Chess System will be released
without a driver for pc-boards. Fritz 5 you can use with the DGT-board, but it
is a bit annoying allways to this voice. The DGT-boards does not have lights (I
think you know this). So even I really like to see such a driver for Fritz 5
too.

So if it is possible to help you by developing this drivers, please don't wait
to ask me. The problem for me is, that I am no programer. But for testings you
can contact me when ever you want.

Best greetings,
Hannu Wegner
