Saying that everybody can get a rating of 2200 is not the same as saying that
everyone is going to do it.

I believe that if I decide that it is important for me then I can get Fide
rating of 2200 and more than it but I never decided that it is important for me.

I also guess that my talent is not enough to be a GM in regular chess and
learning chess some hours every day only to become an IM is not something that I
want to do.
