I have a P166, 80Mb memory, 1/2Gb free disk on Windows 95. The 3d board works
fine on both 16 bit & 32-bit Fritz.
Out of memory messages sometimes come (in W95) from some application sucking up
User/GDI resource (which can still be a constraing in W95). Check to see if you
have any 'rundll' running (through ctrl-alt-del & check the close program box).

Hope this helps.

btw: I really don't like the 3d board anyway :)
