Subject: Idea to make CCC more readable (hide threads behind HTML links)

There have been 175 posts to CCC in the last 24 hours! This place is getting
popular! I am happy to see the club so active.

But, I'm finding it difficult to follow threads that are more than a few hours
hold because they quickly get hidden by new discussions. Following a thread
that is more than a day old is even worse.

I posted about this yesterday, but only received one response, so I'm trying
once more:

Most Usenet news readers (Free Agent is a good example) only show the title of a
thread on the main page. You have to click on the subject line to see all
replies. I'd suggest that CCC adopt the same convention. When a new thread is
started, the subject line of that thread would appear on the "master" page as an
HTML link. Clicking that link would take you to a separate page containing all
replies to that thread.

The advantage of this is that you are less likely to miss an interesting thread
- something that is easy to do with almost 200 posts per day.

This idea works well with Usenet, it seems natural that it would work here, too.

Is there any support for this idea? Interested in feedback.
