They might be higher.  They might be lower.  They might be the same.  That is
undeniable by the principle of trichotomy.  However, without substantial data,
the true relationship from one measure to the other cannot be reliabley
ascertained.

Be that as it may, the difference between a patzer playing a 2800 "best in the
world player" and a 2500 GM is not discernable to the naked eye.
