1 full week obviously.

Mon Tues + Wed flying = 8 week days, which is not too far from 10 weekdays.  As
I said, "almost".

But not consecutively I assume.

What do you think of the following schedule:

day 0: travel
day 1: arrive, setup, 1 round
day 2: 1 round + talks
day 3: 2 rounds
day 4: 1 round + talks
day 5: 2 rounds
day 6: awards presentation / relax / sightseeing
day 7: travel
day 8: recuperate from jet lag :)
