I didn't say they were "similar" other than in the danger of flying the wrong
flag in the wrong location, no matter whether it is a US, UAE, Israeli or any
other nation's flag.  IE I can't imagine of a case where flying a particular
flag would cause problems in the US, but I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't
some special case someone could create...
