If you have email capability *obviously* you can email *anyone* about
*anything*, your question does not make sense therefore, is irrelevant.

Several languages have been posted on the Board, but as you *may* know the
working language of the World is *English* therefore, the majority of posts will
be in that language.   Post something in Chinese if you wish....but I doubt you
will receive many responses...
