Apples and oranges.  At least the referee knows the rules.  That didn't seem to
be the case for the TD last year, when he let an operator overrule a program and
change the outcome of a _critical_ game that determined who won the tournament.

Referees do make judgement calls, but they revolve around observed actions that
have to be interpreted.  Clearly a defensive lineman can not line up behind the
quarterback before the snap.  That happened last year at the WCCC event.
