For the year 2004 I made the following decision:

a) when ever it would happen that I get one GC license (sold or gifted) there
  very soon would be a single individual engine playing GC, if I fully under-
  stood the consequences from that license (I am German), and it would allow
  me to do so.

b) because of the problems in the not understood licensing of GC, there will
  be no published GC enabled program. Sorry for those who are waiting.
