His comment was that he thought my lawyer would ADVISE me...

Therefore, Mr. Hofmann, you are wrong. He was commenting in such a way as to
offer legal advice.

A personal attack? Sure, if your skin is thinner than tissue paper. I did not
attack him. I basically said if he "thinks" he can dispense legal advise to me,
he should "stop thinking".

As for your "friends" comment, I am not interested in what you have to say,
since any hypocrite with half a brain can issue such diatribe. I am willing to
bet you have never even read the book you mentioned.

My friends support my decision to patent Gothic Chess, and they do not sit
around like the pretentious, pompous gluteus maximi on here that just engage in
meaningles drivel for the sake of opposing something they have no control over.

A friend is someone who walks in when the rest of the world walks out.

There are very few on this board who match that criterion.

And if an opinion can allienate a "friendship", it is not really a friendship.
