I am fully aware of this, I stated the 1st admendment rights are protected in
that I can't be prosecuted from my ideas/opinions (and yes there are things you
can be prosecuted for like yelling fire in a movie theatre). The owner of the
board a full rights of restricting or not allowing me to use this forum, this
has nothing to do with the 1st amendment rights.
