See I bring up an interesting point, if someone who votes for three then that
votes would mean more.
Let me expain. If someone selected all of them, they might as well not have
voted, because in the end they did not choose anyone, so that vote means nothing
really, they did not make a difference, they just kept the status the same.

I have already read further down that someone voted for everyone else except
himself. Which mean he disadvantaged himself which he wanted to do, But his
other votes only add to the tally, does not change anything.

You actually bring in a higher possiblity that elections will become draws for
some of the candidates. I would suggest this be the last time you allow this
kind of voting. Back to three is better.
