Much nicer to play online, and have a conference where the "meeting" takes
place.  Otherwise, back to the ACM way of a 3 day tournament which would also be
OK.  But _not_ 9 days...  that is out of control.

Also manual move entry is beyond ridiculous today.  Why the ICGA won't address
that is beyond comprehension...
