I'd be willing to pay for it :)

I think coding for OS X is a lot easier for than writing for OS 9 and before.
Since the underbelly of OS X is unixish (Darwin is a heavily hacked version of
FreeBSD).

Mark even if you dont have a GUI I'd be willing to buy a console Hiarcs if I can
use it with xboard/eboard via the xboard prot or UCI.
