Yes, it is. I would estimate the difference between 100 and 200 elo points.

The number of games played in such tournaments is far from enough to get any
statistical significance. Also, the hardware has improved a lot since 1997. The
Crazy Bishop is good at tactics, but weak at evaluation, so it tends to get
worse results when the search depth time increases.

In his rating calculations, 0050 has a much worse rating than 0045. You can take
