Subject: win xp question

I installed XP on a computer that also has a beta server 2003.  Seems to be
running ok, except that when scrolling windows in the file explorer, it's slow.
Also, dos windows scroll really slow.  The task manager always seems to be using
about 2% cpu.  None of my other XP computers do this.  Any ideas?
