After which: Bc3 Qxd4 Qxd4 Nxd4 Bxc3 Nc2 and black is a piece up.

so White must play Bxd4 Nxd4 and after either Qxd4 or Nxd4 black continues with
play on the black squares (Rd8, Qa5, Bb4 type of moves).
