The number I assume comes from the manual page 50 and 51 relative to the fritz mark, however the manual don't state optimized for pentium 200 it just says a 200 is better than a 133. The manual was probably made when a 233 mmx was the fastest cpu. Fritz should perform better with a higher fritzmark is about what the manual says and at www.chessbase.com in "T" notes they also discuss the subject there further.
