Additional I only know of one tool that converts Fritz-Genius-Rebel-Chessmaster-WChess books into each other. Limitations: 1) Chessmaster has a limit of some 120kB 2) Fritz only old books (FBK, not CTG) 3) original rebel.mvs only lines after 1.e4 4) playing preferences may not be taken over for sure It is called FGCRW and should be available e.g. at Gambitsoft, about DM70=$40-$45.
