anyone who is with voltaire is fine with me!
at least those who recognize that 'il faut cultiver son jardin', which probably
won't be many in CTF ;-)

the word "extremist" is probably used in a different sense today than back in
voltaire's time. it definitely has a negative ring to it these days.

but what i really wanted to say is of course that i don't care whether a person
has written no chess program, a weak chess program, or a strong chess program -
except when the person is talking about chess programming! and since by
definition CTF is a complement to CCC, i don't care any more for omid's opinion
there than for that of anyone else (if i ever visited CTF, that is); quite
regardless of the fact that his program would beat the shit out of mine.
