I just want to make a couple of things perfectly clear about my view, I have nothing against you Steve for hosting CTF, i do have something against CTF, but not the existence of CTF. When a service is free then you can basically put anything out there and people can either accept it or not, but when money is asked for in order to maintain a service, i think that if one feels that sending money will help maintain something he/she does not agree with (out of principles, political/religious convictions etc) it is only fair to make that an issue. I have been accused of being a cheap skate, hiding, using my views as an excuse not to pay, being a hypocrate etc and that mostly by people who want to keep CTF as they post there often and wanting to keep CTF is _fine by me_ i have nothing against people who like CTF or post there for that matter. When i voiced my opinion it was to make you aware that my donation was not happening as long as CTF 1) Has the same password as CCC 2) Is hosted by the same company (persons) that host CCC 3) It is linked with CCC. This is probably the most important point: I would love to pay for CCC and as it is now there is no way i can do that without going against my own principles. Steve all this aside, i think you are a great guy who is generous and has a lot of courage, keep up the good work.
