Hi Djordje: I too think KK maybe went too far, but I can understand him. The problem is Alex promised to be -or seemed to promise- part of a new crop of chess software based in learning capabilities a lot beyond what is usual and then you get a program that not even learn book lines. Mi disappointment was increased by the fact I read the booklet about Mr Tiegelen experiment in reaserch Before playing the program. Nevrtheless, you are right. It is pretty strong. I have played just one game -but now I will play more- and I was defeated after a combination that I did not see, but not because was very difficult, but because I had no faith in the program and so I played disdainfully. By the way, this is another issue worthy of discussion: How to avoid a playing attitude that is from the beginning self defeating of you rgame but by the same reason, defeating of the program capabilities as much you never decide to play seriously to measure his real strenght. Greetings from Chile Fernando
