Yes, ECTool is software that you can buy.  It is a chess board and game
recording software for correspondence chess.  But currently I use it only to
record and analyze my OTB games and other interesting positions.

It allows a special analysis engine (Rebel 2.0--free download from Rebel; Rebel
9--purchase from ECTool; Rebel 10--free download to Rebel 10 subscribers) to be
installed to analyze positions or games.

NOTE--you have to download the special Rebel 2.0 engine only--for ECTool, not
the normal Rebel 2.0 full software version, and not the version for EPD2Diag
(another chess board for EPD position analysis, programmed by Ed Schroder of
Rebel).

You can download a demo version for free, to try it, but the demo version
doesn't allow use of Rebel 9 or Rebel 10 special engines for analysis (only
Rebel 2.0, I think).
