this *really* pisses me.  I know I have fixed this a half-dozen times, but
every time I fix something else, I seem to break this.  What is supposed to
happen is that any game with no Result tag of any kind is supposed to be
counted as a win for both black and white, to make the "small" book usable.

The reason for small.txt not having those tags is that was the basis for
the Cray Blitz book in the 1980's...  Bert Gower and I personally typed in
all of MCO10, much of MCO11/12/13, plus some ECO and BCO lines as well.  But
we didn't use the result of games back then (PGN didn't really exist).

what is needed is for someone to make a reasonable small book with valid PGN
syntax, to replace the small book completely on my ftp site...
