"Clearly stronger" indicates that testing has been done, with definitive results. If they chose to market the program without such testing, then this is clearly a scam, because the company does so with the knowledge that consumers will buy a new version based on expectations of increased strength. Knowing that some users purchased the product based on misinformation, the company should offer a free upgrade. Roger
