Ernst, You make some good points about the moderation issue, I appreciate your input and concern in these matters. As a well-known and respected member of the world chess community, everyone appreciates your contribution to this forum. I apologize for the harsh tone I may have used in our private email conversation. Sometimes in the rush to get something done, we ignore basic standards of civility. To your specific concerns at this time, I can only say that we have been elected to do our best, and that we are doing our best to represent all the members of CCC. We have just emerged from a long discussion, in which we were able to get a solid agreement from all the moderators on the issue at hand. We spent a long time doing that. It's just not feasible to adjust our moderation criteria each time a member disagrees with us, even a member such as yourself. Let's all try to work together to make CCC a viable place to discuss and enjoy computer chess. Thanks, Will Singleton
