they might be ordinary sram chips since the program does not change only the memory amount does. when I upgraded from 128K to 512k there was just the memory chips I swapped. the software version did not change at all. No hurry on that one. when and if you can get the numbers, I will try to do something with them. maybe even a photo can be helpful :) all the best Murat...
