Indeed, Chessmaster likes Black after queenside castle. The King engine sends
its evals like most other engines -- positive scores are good for the side to
move. However, the CM GUI, to make it easier for our typical user who can't be
bothered to think too much about these kinds of things, converts all scores such
that positive scores are always good for White.

So, the negative score in CM's output that I gave elsewhere in this thread shows
an advantage for Black.
