If you calculate with a maximum of 80 moves (which should be sufficient for
almost all games) the maximum time that a game could take for the different time
controls is:
45+10: 1h55
50+3: 1h48
60+5: 2h13

So in the calculation above there is no need to include additional time for
pairing when using the 2h and 2h30 per round.

If we're talking about the schedule: Last year was the following schedule used:

round 1 9am
round 2 11am
round 3 2pm
round 4 4pm
round 5 6pm, ending before 8pm
repeating the times of round 1-4 the next day as round 6-9

It had a 1 hour break between round 2 and 3 (dinner time in Europe)
When skipping this break, the schedule could look like this for 60+5:

round 1 9 am
round 2 11.30 am
round 3 2 pm
round 4 4.30 pm
round 5 7 pm, ending before 9.15 pm
repeating the times of round 1-4 the next day as round 6-9

The drawback of these long days is:
- no break to have a proper meal
- longer day, but only slightly more than an hour longer (at the expense of the
break).

I wouldn't mind playing 60+5 (the longer the better), but only if the break is
skipped. It would be taking too long otherwise.
