This rule was written to deal with Australian programmers, who without exception
spit out 10 times more information than anyone else. I base this on a sample
size of two: Chompster, which prints all of its extension, hash, and pruning
information (but not its PV), and Bodo, which prints the entire contents of its
transposition table after every move. Warp appears to be normal, but I'm not
letting my guard down yet (of course, Peter is from New Zealand, so he may be
far enough away to avoid the Aussie habits).
