I don't know of any public matches played by the good doctor vs. any programs.
I was however interested to read about his upcoming book 'Nunns Chess Openings',
 apparently he wrote some special purpose programs (in Delphi) to munch up PGN
files (which were produced by Chessbase) and spit out MS Word documents for the
book.
