I agree with that for the most part, but it will depend on context.

If I say "event x cannot happen" then I mean that the probability is zero.
The only real way for that to be true is if I have qualified it in terms of an
event horizon like time and even then it is not truly impossible unless time
travel is impossible and we do not know that for sure either (though it does
seem that malicious time travel is impossible due to the grandfather paradox).
