I know, too many problems, but there are some solutions for this in my mind.

 Yes and NO. Although i'm not losing any money, i don't like this situation at
all! One of the main motivations for these "commercial" programmers is money,
and with all these "thiefs" around, the amount of money they gain is much lower.
I bet if there could not been created any crack for Chess engines, the money
they will get, would be 7x or even more......

 So you understand that the motivation these people would have to create better
Chess-engines, would be much higher. And even more new people would like start
joining Chess programming and create a healthy competition that would bring MUCH
better programs to us.
