you should also take a look at what ICD has for sale
no need for a computer as strong as the Atlanta for 6 year old
the sponser of this site sells many dedicated computers at a fraction of the
cost of even a used Atlanta

take a look at some of the computers
i would imagine sonething no stronger then 1600 would be just fine for her now


prices for chess computers ,generally are cheaper in the US then in Great
Britain,so even with the shipping costs you will come away cheaper
and of course ICD will sell worldwide
