Because http://www.computerschach.de/magazin/rangliste_english/ which is Klaus's page still does not have Shredder 9 on it. Also, everyone please note that Klaus tests from set positions, he does not use the engines' openings books. Sandro's contributions to Shredder-9's strength are ignored by this test procedure.
