It's not so much that anyone is dishing out racial slurs, but rather that people
seem to dog pile anyone with an Indian-sounding name and dismissing them as the
former problematic member.

This is what the member complained about. In fact, he admitted to registering
multiple accounts in order to test his theory. So you've got the right facts
(multiple accounts, same guy), but you drew the wrong conclusion, which is
basically what we're asking people to chill out about. Give the moderators a
heads up through the moderator email form (always the preferred method) if you
want, but don't bully based upon speculation.
