There was a excellent dev version of winboard by Daniel which handled most of
these requirements.
Auto kib/whisper (with smart queue , etc) , draw handling , etc ... pretty neat
: has features which I find most useful which commercial UI's lack !
I use that at ICC - current version I have is "WinBoard 4.2.6-dm-beta3.7a" and
have not observed any instability : easy solution would be to ask him for this
version.

NOTE : You will have to keep the analysis window open , thats all (maybe also
support analysis ? ask Daniel about it for more clarifications).

Hope this helps,
All the best !
