I would think without doing a study that the probability of a draw increases
with the proximity of equal ratings.  We all know GMs tend to draw games without
a fight so they would have a higher % of drawn games.  But in games where no GM
draw was agreed to I would guess that the farther apart the ratings of the two
players the less likely they would draw.
