You missed a couple of things, Bob.  Chess Skill has the correct info, saying
Chess 4.0 played in the 1974 ACM.  Chess 4.0 also didn't beat Kaissa in the
exhibition, it was a draw (though it had a win it missed).  Look in chapter 1,
not the appendix (which has the 4.5 misprint).
