Two years ago, when I was working as a Lisper, 6 hours per night was enough. I am now back at the university, doing algebraic geometry, and I find that I need much more sleep. With only 6 hours, I simply cannot concentrate well enough. I now sleep about 7.5-9.5 hours per night, depending on the amount of exercise. Tord
