Your conclusion is a non sequitur. All the programs in the tournament are
playing in accordance with normal scoring, so that you should expect little
difference. To support such a conclusion, you would have to show that programs
that are made aware of the scoring change would not fare significantly better
than those that are not. What you did instead is pure garbage.
