I will not try to answer moral questions, and can't answer tricky legal ones either (others will). Please feel free to ask technical questions instead (like how much code is shared between the engines). I leave it to every tester whether he should include Toga in his own tournament. I don't see why I would have a say in the matter, Toga is legal. Fabien.
