the USA itself broke their own order. because they delivered weapons to war
parties of jugoslavia. this was a direct break of law, because it was forbidden
to deliver weapons to jugoslavia.

If you call it a crime that somebody plays chess,
how do you call the delivering of high tech weapons, done by the usa ?

this is not possible. chess is a game.
USA gave weapons to war-partys allthough their was an embargo.
thats much more dangerous.

so lets bring the us government into prison.
